Mangools Review
Want to advance in the SEO game? Find out what your competitors are doing and what backlinks are they getting? Do you know which keywords you rank for and optimize for? Here is my Mangools review.
Premium SEO software used to be reserved for large companies with thousands of dollars to spare.
Most bloggers don’t even think about spending more than $100 a month on these tools.
Although expensive tools provide a lot of functionality, they are not only inaccessible, but most of their features are not suitable for bloggers and small businesses.
I’ve been using an affordable toolkit called Hoses for over two years now.
In this general review, I’ll share with you what’s good and what’s bad 5-in-1 SEO Toolbox That’s Mangools.

What is Mangools?
As I said Mangools is a complete package of SEO tools .
Unlike Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush, Mangools SEO software is affordable for bloggers and small businesses.
(Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush plans start at $99/mo)
BUT Mangools plans start at just $30 per month , and unlike other expensive SEO tools, you get all the premium features even on the most basic plan.
Most expensive SEO tools limit the number of features you have access to on basic plans. Your basic plans are more like a test run of the tool.
Mangools, on the other hand, offers you all the features even on the cheapest plan.
Mangools is not an SEO tool, but a complete set of five SEO tools.
When you sign up with the Mangools SEO tool pack, you get access to 5 SEO tools:
- KWFinder is a keyword research tool that helps you find the best keywords for your website and your content. Offers hundreds of suggestions with every keyword search.
- SERPChecker is a search engine results analysis (SERP) tool that lets you see which websites are ranking for your target keywords in various locations around the world. It also allows you to check mobile ratings.
- SERPWatcher is a keyword ranking tracking tool that allows you to keep an eye on your keyword rankings in search results.
- LinkMiner is a backlink analysis tool that allows you to analyze your competitors’ backlink profile and find link building opportunities.
- SiteProfiler is a website analysis tool that helps you get a bird’s eye view of your competitors’ websites.
Mangools is the all-in-one SEO software you need if you want to succeed in the SEO game.
1. Review of KWFinder (Keyword Search and Competition Tool)
- Website : https://kwfinder.com
- What is KWFinder? : It is an SEO keyword research tool
- How many keyword searches per 24 hours : 100 to 1200
- How many keyword suggestions per search : 200 to 700
KWFinder helps you find the best possible keywords for your website and your content. It offers more options than any other keyword tool.
If you’re still using Google’s Keyword Planner for keyword research, you’ll be amazed at KWFinder as I was when I first started using it.
KWFinder offers many important details for each keyword, including Trends, Search Volume, Cost Per Click, and Keyword Difficulty .
And unlike most keyword research tools, it offers three types of keywords, suggestions, autocomplete, and questions:
The Suggestions Option offers keyword suggestions like any other tool. Just type in a keyword and you’ll get hundreds of keyword suggestions and variations of your targeted keyword:
The Autocomplete Option gives you the autocomplete data from Google searches . Google Autocomplete suggestions help you find the keywords people are actually using when searching for something:
The Question Option suggests questions people are asking about your desired keyword. These questions can help you better refine your content and can also provide guidance on your content strategy:
Instead of writing an article and then entering keywords, start by researching what questions people are asking and then writing their content. It’s a much more natural way to incorporate long-tail keywords into your content.
The best part of KWFinder is that you can see important details about the target keyword, which sites are ranking for the keyword, and each individual keyword suggestion next to it:
Another feature that sets KWFinder apart from other keyword tools on the market is the Results Filter :
It allows you to filter keyword suggestions based on minimum and maximum search volume, CPC, PPC, number of words, etc. In short, it helps separate winners from losers without going through hundreds of similar keywords:
KWFinder is a major upgrade from the free keyword tools out there and this is the best Google Keyword Planner Alternative.
Try it:
This KWFinder review covers almost everything, but for more information, go to https://mangools.com/blog/kwfinder-guide/
2. SERPChecker Review (Google SERP Analysis Tool)
- Website : https://serpchecker.com
- What is SERPChecker? : It is a Google SERP Analysis Tool
- How many SERP searches per 24 hours : 100 to 1200
When you search for a keyword on Google, you will see results based on what the algorithm thinks you would like. The results that other people see for the same result can be wildly different. This is true for the keywords you are trying to rank for.
SERPChecker is a tool that helps you see what most people searching for a keyword will see.
Before you start working on ranking a keyword, you need to know the competition for the keyword. This tool helps you not only see how many people are ranking for your target keyword, but also tells you how difficult it can be to rank for:
For each keyword you enter, you’ll see a difficulty score based on metrics like average number of links and domain authority. Not only that, but you can also see SEO metrics like Domain Authority, Page Authority, CF, TF, and Referring Domains for each page ranking for your target keyword.
This gives you an idea of how many links you might need to rank for your target keyword. I like to see the number of domains referring to the top five results. I need at least the average of that amount of domains referring to my site to rank for the keyword.
Pro Tip : The number of referring domains to a page/site is much more important than the number of backlinks. Google likes pages that get a lot of links from many different sites.
The best part of SERPChecker is the number of details you get for each keyword you search. This tool tells you if there is a featured knowledge box/snippet displayed at the top of the search results page or in a story box:
It also shows the percentage of clicks that search results may be receiving. It tells you how many clicks you could get if you were ranking there:
With SERPChecker, you can choose to see what the search results would look like not only in your country, but also in other countries. You can also choose to see search results that will be displayed on mobile devices:
You can also preview what the search results would look like in the country and device type selected:
Because Mangools comes with a backlink analysis tool , you can easily analyze the backlinks of each search result with just a few clicks.
And that’s not all you can do with this tool.
You can also compare your site’s ranking with the other sites that are ranking on the search results page:
Once you’ve entered your site’s URL in the compare box, you can see where your site stands out when compared to other sites on the page:
You can also see the Top Stories box, people also ask box and other details as they are shown in locations around the world:
You can also choose which metrics you want to see for each result:
There are dozens of metrics you can choose from.
SERPChecker is the best! I never try to rank for a keyword before searching for this tool.
Try it:
This SERPChecker review covers pretty much everything, but for more information go to https://mangools.com/blog/serpchecker-guide/
3. SERPWatcher (Keyword Rank Tracking Tool) Review
- Website : https://serpwatcher.com
- What is SERPWatcher? : Keyword ranking tracking tool
- How many keywords tracked : 200 to 1500
- How many domains crawled : Unlimited
- How many keyword ranking updates : Daily
As an SEO, you need to know how high you are ranking for your target keyword. If you don’t measure changes, you’ll never discover what needs to change or improve in your process.
If you’re only focused on ranking for a keyword, you can easily look it up in your browser every day. But what happens when you’re trying to rank for a dozen keywords?
How will you keep track of where you are and how far you’ve come?
Here is where SERPWatcher comes to the rescue.
As the name suggests, it allows you to keep an eye on how your site is performing for the keywords you are trying to rank for.
From the tool’s dashboard, you can easily get an overview of how your sites are doing:
While it’s important to know if your efforts are paying off, it’s equally important to know when your site drops in the rank or two for a target keyword. Once you’ve added your site to the crawler, you’ll be able to see where it is for all the keywords you’re trying to rank for:
This tool would be worth it even if all you get is this list of keywords you are trying to rank for and where you are in the results.
But that’s not all you get with this tool.
In the sidebar, you get some really amazing details about how your site is performing. This gives you more than just an idea of how the site is doing
in the search results. It tells you exactly what you need to be working on.
For example, you can see changes over time on your site ‘s Dominance Index , a metric developed by Mangools that tells you your site’s share of organic traffic based on the current keywords you’re ranking for.
You can also see the biggest changes that have happened in your search engine rankings:
This gives you a quick idea of which keywords you are falling in love with and which keywords you are quickly gaining rankings for. Once I know the keywords I’m gaining positions for, I start working on them harder. Momentum helps me get to the top much faster.
You can also see how many clicks you can get based on your ranking positions for the keywords you’re tracking:
This tool also gives you a quick overview of all your keywords:
This tool also shows a keyword position distribution graph:
This chart is a great way for you to know how strong your site is in the eyes of search engines. The greener your graph looks the better.
SERPWatcher is my go to keyword tracking tool that gives me the most critical data all on one screen
This SERPWatcher review covers almost everything, but for more information, go to https://mangools.com/blog/serpwatcher-guide/
4. LinkMiner Review (Backlink Analysis Tool)
- Website : https://linkminer.com
- What is LinkMiner? : It is a backlink analysis tool
- How many backlink lines per 24 hours : 2000 to 15000
Reverse engineering my competitors’ backlinks is my favorite SEO strategy. This gives me a simple roadmap that I can follow to ensure higher search engine traffic.
With LinkMiner , you can not only find the pages that are linking to your competitors, but you can also find the links they missed.
When you put a URL into LinkMiner, you can see all the links the page got across the web:
You can also see all backlinks for the root domain by clicking the Change to root link in the top right:
For every domain and page analyzed, you can see all key metrics like Trust Flow, Citation Flow and Referring Domains all in one place:
The best part about Link Miner is that you can filter links based on link types like Blog, Q&A and Forum:
This tool also lets you filter backlinks based on metrics like Link Strength, Citation Flow, Alexa Rank, etc.:
Pro Tip : Most of your competitor’s links don’t have much value in the eyes of search engines. With the filter, you can filter backlinks based on link strength or citation flow, which are metrics that tell you the page authority of a page.
You can also see the rendered pages in the sidebar and where the link is located on the page if you click on the link:
You can also see links your competitors have missed. It gives you the opportunity to contact the website owners of the missing links and request a link to your website.
You can also use this tool to find links you missed:
If you want to analyze the links in more detail, you can export the links to CSV for viewing in standout or Google Sheets:
With LinkMiner all I have to do is find my competitor’s backlinks and then contact the linking site to get one on my site.
Try it:
This LinkMiner review explains the basics and for more information go to
- Website : https://siteprofiler.com
- What is SiteProfiler? : It is a website analysis tool
- How many site searches per 24 hours : 20 to 150
With SiteProfiler , you can get a quick profile on your competitors’ sites and of course on your own sites.
You can see all important domain authority metrics like Domain Authority, Page Authority, Citation Flow and Trust Flow in one place:
You also get detailed graphs about Alexa Rank, referring IPs and Facebook shares:
This tool also displays a Total Backlinks chart:
The best part of this tool is the Anchor Texts box. It shows you exactly the anchor text your competitors are using. This allows you to strategize your anchor text.
If you want to rank above a competitor, you not only need as many backlinks as your competitor, but you also need similar anchor texts:
With this tool, you can find out what kind of anchor text is common in your niche:
It is very important to know what kind of anchor text your competitors are using and this tool makes it very easy to find the best anchor text for your website.
You can also see a quick view of your competitors’ top content ranked by Facebook shares and referring domains:
You can also get other details about your competitors such as Link Type Distribution, Dofollow Link Ratio and Active Link Ratio:
SiteProfiler gives me all the important SEO metrics and insights about a website on one screen.
Bonus: Free SEO Extension for Chrome/Firefox Browser
Mangools offers a free browser extension for both Google Chrome and Firefox . The extension shows almost every detail you get about a page/site in the tools.
Once you install the extension, you don’t have to open the Mangools website over and over again just to research your competitors. You can do this directly on the page by clicking the extension button in your browser.
The best part of this extension is the context menu you get when you right click.
Instead of copying a keyword and opening Mangools KWFinder, just select the keyword on the page, right-click and click the KWFinder link:
You can also right-click on a link and see the links for Analyze in Mangools:
Mangools plans and prices
Mangools offers three subscription plans:
The Basic Plan is great for beginners who are just starting out. I personally use and recommend the Premium Plan because it only costs a little more and brings a lot more usage credits for the tools.
What I love about Mangools’ pricing is that it’s very affordable when compared to other SEO tools. Most SEO tools offer next to nothing in their basic plans when compared to Mangools.
Mangools, unlike other SEO tools, do not limit your access to their tools. Most SEO tools offer limited functionality on basic plans. His basic plans feel like a test compared to Mangools.
For just $30 a month , you get 5 SEO tools that can help you dominate your niche. Even on the basic plan, you have access to all the tools and features offered by Mangools are more than you will ever need as a small business or blogger.
The difference between the three plans that Mangools has to offer is the number of credits you get for using each tool. You need credits for each tool to research keywords, search SERPs, analyze websites, etc. These credits reset every 24 hours.
If you’re just starting out, you’ll get more credits than you need even on the basic plan.
If you can’t decide which plan to follow, here’s some advice:
- Beginner or small site? Go with the Basic Plan . Offers at least 100 Daily Credits for most tools which are more than you need for a small site.
- Professional Blogger or Affiliate Marketer? If you are an affiliate marketer or blogger who relies on SEO for traffic, you need to start with the Premium Plan .
- SEO or Freelance Agency: Get the Agency Plan . This will help you to analyze all your customers and your competitors.
For any other SEO tool I would say the $30 is a little pricey for beginners, but when you get the 5 SEO tools for the price you can call expensive.
Pros and Cons of Mangools
Unlike most SEO tools, Mangools is a set of tools. You get 5 SEO tools for the price of one .
- It offers more keyword research options than other tools. KWFinder is a major update to Google Keyword Planner.
- SiteProfiler provides a detailed profile on your competitors’ websites.
- Very affordable price when compared to other SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMRush.
- It offers a rank tracker to help you automatically crawl all your website’s target keywords. You don’t need to add your target keywords one by one.
While Mangools offers everything you need to dominate a niche, there are a few things the big SEO giants can offer.
- Mangools offers an agency plan, but it doesn’t offer a dashboard to its clients like other SEO tools do. You don’t have to worry about this if you’re not running an agency.
- Mangools is a relatively new player on the market. Their link databases aren’t as big as Ahrefs and Majestic.
